Set in a tranquil spot nestled close to the Lake District, Old Vicarage Care Home provides 24 hour residential care to all our residents.

We work hard to make the environment a true 'home from home', and aim to maintain the highest level of independence for everyone in our care. There is always something to see and do and we have a varied diary of activities and events throughout the year, whilst our highly-trained and caring team are always on hand to ensure that our residents are able to engage as fully as they wish every day.

We are proud to have provided over 28 years of professional dementia care to residents, many of our specialist staff have been with us for a number of years, ensuring that our residents are able to develop warm friendships, and relax without the confusion of changing faces. Every resident with dementia is treated with patience, compassion and dignity.
